Dr. Charles came to the area in 1980 and on January 1, 1990 he founded the Cancer Care Centers of Brevard. His vision was to offer superior cancer treatments to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. He has accomplished this by assembling a dedicated team of experts and the newest technology available to successfully treat cancer patients and their families on an individual basis. Our centers are constantly being upgraded with state of the art equipment as it becomes available. We strive to treat our patients with a holistic approach, not only taking care of their physical needs but also the whole person.
We presently have four treatment centers, two in Melbourne, one in Merritt Island, one in Sebastian and one under construction in Titusville. At CCC of Brevard, no patient is ever turned away because they cannot afford treatment, financial aid, counseling, and support groups are available. The Cancer Care Foundation is available to assist patients with financial aid if they are deemed eligible.
